Kulgam massacre: Security forces fail to protect non-locals, apple traders?

Five labourers from West Bengal are the latest victims of Pakistan-state sponsored terror in Jammu and Kashmir. These labourers were shot dead by suspected Hizb-Jaish terrorists in Kulgam on Tuesday night.
