UP conversion to radicalise for terror?

The investigation into the foreign funding of the alleged forced conversion in Uttar Pradesh is getting murkier. The Uttar Pradesh ATS is now probing the role of the ISI in the case and has also contacted India's intelligence agencies regarding a terrorist link to the conversion syndicate.
