India records biggest single-day spike of 9,996 cases; DU admission set to begin from June 20; more

Nearly 10,000 Covid-19 cases were reported in India over the past 24 hours, taking the total number of novel coronavirus cases to 2,86,579, according to the fresh data released by the Union Health Ministry.

The admissions in Delhi University for undergraduate, postgraduate, MPhil, and PhD courses is set to begin from June 20.
