The politics over vaccine shortage continues between Opposition parties and the Centre. A day after Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, who is most vocal against Centre's vaccine policy, claimed the national capital has run out of jabs, the BJP hit back. A fuming BJP blamed the states for the vaccine mess.
BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra said while Kejriwal does daily press conferences to do his "politics" and engages in a battle of "one-upmanship", the fact is that his government has on its own provided for only 13 per cent of the total vaccination done in the national capital so far, adding that the Centre has given over 45 lakh doses free to it.
So, as the unending vaccine tug-of-war continues, we raise these questions: what's causing the vaccine shortage? Can India vaccinate against politics? Watch as panelists debate.
