Should Modi govt bring a law to cap the number of children a family can have?

During his Independence Day speech, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke on the need for population control in the country. He added that there is a greater need for discussion and awareness on the population explosion.

Meanwhile, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi lashed out at the PM, saying that he doesn't realise the advantages of having a large population.
