Lok Sabha elections: Is Uttar Pradesh the 2019 decider?

On the last day of filing of nominations for the first phase of Lok Sabha election today, several big names of the BJP, Congress and other political parties are likely to file their nominations. These leaders include Nitin Gadkari, V K Singh, Hema Malini, Chirag Paswan, Jitan Ram Manjhi.

Top leaders of the Congress will hold a crucial meet in Delhi to review the party’s preparedness and discuss the election manifesto for the Lok Sabha election. The Congress Working Committee, chaired by Congress Rahul Gandhi, will be attended by Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
