A day after Haryana BJP leader delayed an ambulance causing the death of innocent, he met the grieving family. However, there was no apology from the leader.
Incidentally, the BJP leader identified as Darshan Nagpal claimed to be innocent despite CCTV footage that prove his transgression.
"My driver told me that the ambulance is empty and its driver is drunk but I still let them go. I did not stop them and nobody can say this as I am in social service. I just stopped them to check," said Nagpal.
"BJP is drunk on power. Arrogance of power surpasses everything else. The manner and fashion in which the BJP leader first hit the ambulance then caused delay which lead to the death of the patient, "said Congress leader Randeep Surjewala.
