“People are very serious about work,” she said, adding: “When we are working during the day, we are actually only working. We are focused, punctual and we are actually present in our work.”

She explained that once the workday ends, most people completely disconnect from their jobs and prioritise their personal lives instead.

“When it’s time to chill and let go of work, our life component starts and we forget everything about work as well,” Aditi said.

Aditi also said that the work culture in Netherlands has allowed her to spend more time with loved ones and focus on her well-being.

“Every day, I can disconnect from work and spend time with my loved ones, friends and focus on my health and my well-being and actually chill,” she said.
