Final outcome of Kabul evacuation can't be guaranteed: US President Biden

In a speech at the White House, US President Joe Biden said the 'final outcome' of the risky Kabul evacuation cannot be guaranteed.

"This evacuation mission is dangerous, it involves risks to the forces and is being conducted under difficult circumstances. I can't promise what the final outcome will be," he said.
