In pics: Tata Sierra and its important features in detail

The SUV retains its signature boxy profile, built around clean lines, a tall stance and pronounced shoulder sections that define its unique identity. Up front, the Sierra sports a glossy black panel that integrates the connected LED DRLs, projector headlamps and an illuminated Tata emblem. Its tough-looking bumper, finished with gloss-black accents and silver-coloured faux skid plates, adds to the overall rugged appeal.

Tata has swapped the old model’s signature three-quarter glass for a contemporary setup that includes a panoramic sunroof, flush-mounted windows and a blacked-out roof element. This new design preserves the spacious feel of the original while aligning with current safety standards.

The rear continues the same styling theme, featuring a full-width LED strip, sharp, squared contours and a clamshell tailgate, which together give the SUV a sleek but strong presence.

Apart from the signature yellow colour, Tata showcased two more colour options which includes a grey and this red colour. 

Additional exterior elements include 19-inch alloy wheels, flush-fitting door handles, substantial body cladding, blacked-out ORVMs and roof rails. The design has also earned international acclaim, securing the esteemed 2025 Red Dot Design Award.

The dashboard debuts a three-screen setup, Tata’s first combining the digital instrument cluster, main infotainment display and a separate screen for the front passenger, all housed beneath one continuous glass panel.

Though the most of the part are new on the Sierra, however there are few parts carried over from other Tata cars such as the 4-spoke steering wheel.

The AC vents are also newly designed on the Sierra.

The driver side gets powered and ventilated seats, with memory function.

The new Sierra offers terrain modes as well.

At the back, there are three headrests.

An armrest with two cupholders are also offered.

The Sierra also offers sunshades for the rear passengers.

The panoramic sunroof stretches deep into the cabin, reinterpreting the light-filled canopy of the original Sierra.

At the back, there are two Type-C ports, one of them is a 65W charger.

The SUV also integrates Tata’s new JBL Black 12-speaker audio system with Dolby Atmos, enhanced by a SonicShaft soundbar.
 

The Tata Sierra offers a powered tailgate as well. The boot space is around 450 litres.
