If he is 'Singham', we are 'Pushpa', won't bow down: Trinamool leader slams UP cop

Responding to IPS officer Ajay Pal Sharma's warning to a TMC candidate over alleged voter intimidation, Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Chandrima Bhattacharya stated that if he considers himself 'Singham', then the party is 'Pushpa' and will not bow down to his pressure. The political row erupted after the officer's conduct was questioned by the party, leading to a formal complaint being lodged with the Election Commission. The TMC has accused the police observer of acting beyond his jurisdiction and not following the law.
