The forgotten history behind Mothers' Day

Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat criticised the Rajasthan government led by Ashok Gehlot for widespread corruption and the deteriorating law and order situation in the state. He claimed this has led to compromised safety for women and distress among farmers, along with rising unemployment.
Shekhawat believes that the people of Rajasthan are fed up with the Gehlot administration and are ready for a change. He is confident that the public will vote out the current government and elect the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with a significant majority in the upcoming elections.
Addressing a question about who will be the next Chief Minister if the BJP comes to power, Shekhawat stated that the decision would be made by the party's parliamentary board and the legislative assembly members.
He emphasised that in this election, the symbol of the lotus and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are the most prominent faces for the BJP, and he trusts that the electorate will endorse this sentiment at the polls.
