Dan Levy's Big Mistakes renewed for Season 2 at Netflix
Netflix has renewed Dan Levy's comedy Big Mistakes for a second season and will move him to a first-look TV deal. The first season, also starring Taylor Ortega, premiered on April 9.

Netflix has renewed Dan Levy’s comedy series Big Mistakes for a second season, the streamer announced during its upfront presentation to advertisers in New York on Wednesday. Alongside the renewal, Netflix confirmed that Levy will transition to a first-look television deal once his current overall agreement concludes.
The announcement positions Big Mistakes as a growing part of Levy’s creative partnership with the platform. The actor-writer, who created and stars in the series, said work on the second season is already underway.
“Very grateful and beyond excited to continue the Big Mistakes adventure and my creative collaboration with Netflix,” Levy said in a statement. “Season 2 is already in the works, and it’s going to be wild. I can’t wait to get it out there as soon as possible.”

About Big Mistakes
The comedy follows Nicky (Levy) and Morgan (Taylor Ortega), two hapless siblings who find themselves entangled in organised crime after a botched theft meant to help their dying grandmother. As they are blackmailed into taking on increasingly dangerous assignments, the duo spiral deeper into situations they are ill-equipped to handle.
Season 1 also featured Laurie Metcalf, Abby Quinn, Boran Kuzum, Jack Innanen, Elizabeth Perkins, Mark Ivanir, Ilia Volok, Jacob Gutierrez and Joe Barbara in key roles.
The show debuted on April 9 and spent two weeks in Netflix’s global Top 10 English-language TV chart. In its second week, it reached the No. 3 spot with 4.4 million views, as defined by the platform’s viewership metrics.
