Indo-US nuclear deal: Dead on arrival or waiting to exhale?

At the India Today Group Roundtable, former UN envoy Hardeep Puri debates Indo-US nuclear deal with CPM leader Sitaram Yechury.

Answering the question, whether the Indo-US nuclear deal was 'waiting to exhale or dead-on-arrival', Yechury believed the deal was dead on arrival.

Former UN envoy Hardeep Puri said that the implementation of the deal had been slow. "But it is a superficial view that there has been no movement. But I am cautiously optimistic about the deal now."
