Kirron Kher, Khushbu Sundar on 'A New Identity-Grit, Glamour, Guts'

Bothe the actors-turned-politicians were of the opinion that it is not easy for women in films/glamour industry to be taken seriously in politics. The journey is long but ultimately, one can succeed.

Narendra Modi is a wonderful leader. I am confident the BJP will deliver on its promises. We have been in power for only 60 days. Give us some time. You gave time to the last government for 10 years, despite their making so many mistakes, said Kirron Kher.

Be it film or politics, I believe in giving 100% in whatever work I am doing, said Kirron Kher.

Kirron Kher said, "I never thought I will be in politics. But when Atal Bihari vajpayee led NDA came to power, I saw the difference they made. They were much more transparent and effective than the previous government, That attracted me to politics in the first place."

Khushbu said, DMK is not a difficult party. But there are some difficult people in the party.

I have once read that one shouldn't hesitate to walk away from something that is not allowing you to grow. After fours years in DMK, when I realised there's nothing much left to do, the moment I knew I can't grow, I quit, says Khushbu.
