7 dead, several injured after 11 coaches of Seemanchal Express derail in Bihar

Eleven bogies of Jogbani-Anand Vihar Terminal Seemanchal Express derailed in Bihar's Sahadai Buzurg today (February 3) morning.

The train derailed near Sahadai Buzurg, in Vaishali district, at around 3:58 am.

The Railways has said that seven people have died in the train accident. "Six people have lost their lives in the Seemachal Express derailment," said Rajesh Kumar, CPRO East Central Railways. Over 20 people were also injured in the accident.
