Air India patrioatic push: Jai Hind chants on flight

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday lashed out at the government on Twitter over the recent order of national carrier Air India's that has made it compulsory for the crew to say 'Jai Hind' after every flight announcement.

In her tweet, Mufti expressed that the move wasn't surprising as the general election is right around the corner.

"Little surprise that with general elections around the corner, the josh of patriotism hasn't even spared the skies," she said in the tweet.
