Amritpal Singh seen without turban in Delhi on March 21 in fresh CCTV footage

A new CCTV footage has emerged that shows radical preacher and Khalistan sympathiser Amritpal Singh walking in East Delhi's Madhu Vihar on March 21. He was seen without the turban. Sources in the Punjab Police and intelligence agencies have confirmed to India Today that the man seen in the footage is in fact Amrtipal Singh, and the one who is following him is his close aide Pappalpreet Singh.
Meanwhile, Nepal on Monday put fugitive radical preacher Amritpal Singh, who is believed to be hiding in the country, on its surveillance list after India requested it not to allow him to flee to a third country and arrest him if he attempts to escape using an Indian passport or any other fake passport.

TVK leader C Joseph Vijay on Sunday took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu amid a sea of supporters, his friends and family, and several political leaders. Eight other TVK leaders were sworn in besides him, as ministers in the new government. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also attended the ceremony. The TVK managed to secure the Governor's nod to form the government after the Congress, the CPI, the CPI(M), the VCK, and IUML extended their support to the Vijay-led party for a colaition government.
