Aaftab Ameen Poonawala told Delhi Police that he chopped up 26-year-old Shraddha Walker's body after they had got into a fight. Sources said that he told the authorities that the murder victim would press him over marriage and that he was not keen. Following his confession to the heinous crime, BJP MLA Ram Kadam raised concerns over the forced conversion and asked the cops to probe that angle too. The development relates to a spine-chilling incident that jolted the nation on Monday. Aaftab confessed to killing his 26-year-old friend, who went missing in May 2022. Detailing the heinous crime, the accused had told the police that he chopped up Shraddha's body and threw the pieces away.
