BJP's report on Birbhum killings will weaken CBI probe: Mamata Banerjee

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said on Wednesday that the report of a BJP fact-finding committee on the Birbhum violence, which was submitted to party president JP Nadda, will interfere with and derail the CBI investigation into the incident.

"The BJP report on Bogtui killings will weaken and interfere with the probe. I condemn this attitude of the saffron party," Banerjee said.

She added that there should not be interference from any political party into the investigation.
