Coronavirus in India: Are hospitals in Bengaluru following rules?

A man in his early 50s, suffering from coronavirus symptoms, allegedly died due to the lack of hospital beds and ICUs in the Bengaluru. The patient visited 18 hospitals in the city but had to return home after none would admit him due to a shortage of beds.
The man, a resident of Nagarathpet in the city, was experiencing shortness of breath for a period of over 24 hours prior to his death.
His nephew speaking to India Today TV said that his uncle was in a bad shape and was suffering from Covid-19 like symptoms. They booked an ambulance and travelled to multiple private hospitals and a government hospital as well but none admitted him.

PM Modi also touched Sarkar's feet and presented a shawl to him as a mark of respect. In 1952, Sarkar was arrested in Kashmir while he was accompanying Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee as the latter was marching to hoist the tricolour there. BJP IT cell head Amit Malviya described the elderly party leader as "one of the earliest grassroots figures associated with the nationalist movement in post-Independence India."
