Odisha Chartered Plane Crash: All Passengers Safe, DGCA Orders Probe Into Crash

A probe has been ordered by the DGCA into a chartered plane crash in Odisha. According to a correspondent, all passengers and crew are safe and receiving hospital treatment following the incident. The small aircraft, which was flying from Bhubaneswar to Rourkela, made a forced landing near Kansal, about 15-20 kilometres from its destination. The reporter stated that the pilots 'called for May Day, May Day, which means this was an emergency situation'. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) will conduct the probe, and the Ministry of Civil Aviation is also monitoring the developments.
