India Today accesses forensic report on Hathras case

Forensic report by Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC) of the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), in its final opinion, has ruled out the possibility of sexual intercourse in the Hathras case, citing forensic analyses.

The findings, which name the four suspects based on the victim's accusations, noted that she was "strangulated by her dupatta". The MLC report also mentioned that the "survivor was gagged" and that she faced murderous threats.

TVK leader C Joseph Vijay on Sunday took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu amid a sea of supporters, his friends and family, and several political leaders.
