Bengal post-poll violence: DGP confirms two deaths, urges people to maintain calm
The Director General of Police in West Bengal has confirmed two deaths related to post-election violence since the election results were announced.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday dismissed reports that former party leader Jyotiraditya Scindia tried to reach him and Sonia Gandhi before leaving the party and joining BJP.
"Jyotiraditya is the only one who can walk into my house anytime... He was with me in college," Rahul Gandhi said.
Rahul Gandhi's comment came hours after Jyotiraditya Scindia joined the BJP at an event in Delhi.
