Kin of deceased Covid patient attack junior doctor in Assam's Hojai

Family members of a deceased Covid-19 patient had attacked a young doctor at a Covid care centre in Assam's Hojai district on Tuesday.
The incident took place at Odali Model Hospital at around 1:30 pm.
In a viral video of the incident, some people can be seen attacking and kicking the doctor identified as one Dr Seuj Kumar Senapati.
24 people have been arrested in connection with the case.

Eight other TVK leaders were sworn in besides him, as ministers in the new government. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also attended the ceremony. The TVK managed to secure the Governor's nod to form the government after the Congress, the CPI, the CPI(M), the VCK, and IUML extended their support to the Vijay-led party for a colaition government.
