Union Ministers Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat slam Punjab govt after India Today's investigation into PM security lapse

Reacting to India Today's probe into the security lapse during PM Modi's visit to Punjab's Ferozepur last week, Union ministers Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and Gajendra Singh Shekhawat slammed the Punjab government and said that it is shameful that the government is hiding the truth by diverting attention towards empty chairs in the rally.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's convoy was stuck on a flyover for around 20 minutes, when he was on his way to address a rally in Punjab’s Ferozepur. The flyover was blocked by protesting farmers.

Video: Vijay takes oath as Tamil Nadu CM amid loud cheers and chants

TVK leader C Joseph Vijay on Sunday took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu amid a sea of supporters, his friends and family, and several political leaders. Eight other TVK leaders were sworn in besides him, as ministers in the new government. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also attended the ceremony.
