Kerala minister KT Jaleel reached the National Investigation Agency (NIA) office in Kochi for questioning in the customs gold scam. He is likely to be questioned by the NIA in connection with his alleged link with Swapna Suresh, an accused in the gold smuggling case.
Earlier, Jaleel had said that the consulate general had assigned Swapna to coordinate with the minister. He had released WhatsApp chat screenshots of the same.
