Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP on Saturday spoke about the alleged assault by the Delhi Chief Minister party chief Arvind Kejriwal's aide on May 13 when she visited the latter's residence. "On 13th of May at around 9 am in the morning I went and visited Mr Arvind Kejriwal's residence. I entered the house and the staff made me sit in the drawing room... While I was waiting there peacefully, Bibhav Kumar, who is the PS of Arvind Kejriwal ji, he entered the room and he was screaming and shouting and started abusing me... He (Bibhav Kumar) slapped me 7-8 times..." While the AAP has called it a conspiracy by the BJP and an attempt to unsettle the party and its leader, Arvind Kejriwal, in the middle of the Lok Sabha elections, the saffron party has repeatedly denied the charge, and called AAP “anti-aurat (woman) party”.
