Unnao rape case: Victim's mother refuses to shift her to Delhi for treatment

On Thursday, the Supreme Court asked for the transfer of 19-year-old rape victim from the present hospital to AIIMs in Delhi after consulting the victim's family. But her mother on Friday said they will not take her to Delhi as her treatment is rolling along well in King George's Medical University in Lucknow.
The court had also transferred all five cases related to the Unnao rape out of Uttar Pradesh to the national capital. The CBI has already booked Sengar and 9 others for murder after a family member of the Unnao rape survivor filed a complaint.
