In the video, the accused, Karuka Vinoth, can be seen preparing two petrol bombs before he is spotted by the police and pinned down.
According to the police, Vinoth had stolen petrol from the motorcycles that were parked on the premises of Saidapet Court, after which he walked towards Raj Bhavan and poured the petrol into two bottles, set them on fire and threw it at the main gate of Raj Bhavan.
