Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation on his monthly radio programme 'Mann ki Baat'. PM Modi's address comes as India on Sunday reported the lowest number of Covid-19 cases in the last 46 days, aided majorly by the Covid-related curbs announced by different state governments.
PM Modi in his address praised the covid warriors and all the teams and technicians involved in recusing people from the severe cyclone hit amid the coronavirus crisis. He also said that "The way people of all the states affected by the cyclone have shown courage in this difficult and extraordinary situation of the calamity. For that, I would like to respectfully appreciate all the citizens".
