Take a look at the collection Manish Malhotra is all set to present at Lakme Fashion Week

With Lakme Fashion Week all set to begin on March 30, fashion designer Manish Malhotra hosted a preview of his collection.

The designer is all set to open the Lakme Fashion Week with an offsite show on March 29, by presenting his collection titled, Elements. A light colour palette and flowing silhouettes seem to dominate the pieces.

Elaborating upon the feel of his collection, the designer said the following, "I am celebrating spring summer, the collection is called Elements. All the colours [and the] finishing is light and useful."

Malhotra had to say this about his menswear pieces, "Even the men's jackets are much more easier, there is no embroidery on it. We are celebrating spring-summer in a very glamorous, opulent way."

Though Manish failed to reveal anything about the showstopper gracing the runway, he did add that the central focus would be on the collection. 

Lakme Fashion Week will conclude on April 3 and the event will see presentations from 90 designers including the likes of Neeta Lulla, Nikhil Thampi, Anita Dongre, Monisha Jaising, Rahul Mishra, Rajesh Pratap Singh, Masaba Gupta, Payal Singhal and Nishka Lulla.
