Fund collections scandal: Maharashtra CM Abdul Rehman Antulay meets his Waterloo

But the mushrooming scandal last fortnight involving the highly questionable fund collections of Abdul Rehman Antulay, 52, the swashbuckling chief minister of Maharashtra, proved that the man had met his Waterloo.
