Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali has reacted to Dhurandhar's success and thanked the team for bringing audiences to theatres. Speaking to ANI, Imtiaz said, "I have not seen Dhurandhar yet, but I know that there are many beautiful things in it. People liked it a lot. I would like to thank them for bringing audiences to theatres, and I hope it continues. I would like to congratulate the Dhurandhar team."

Vicky Kaushal, who worked with filmmaker Aditya Dhar in Uri: The Surgical Strike, has praised Dhurandhar 2, saying that it is nothing short of a gold standard. Praising Dhar, the actor said that he is in awe of his craft, hard work and sincerity. He further commended Ranveer Singh's performance, saying he inspires him. Kaushal also gave a shout out to R Madhavan and Rakesh Bedi.

Former Deputy National Security Advisor of India, Pankaj Saran, has said he loves Dhurandhar 2 and that the film is setting a new benchmark for the Indian film industry. "I love the film. I love Dhurandhar 2 more than Dhurandhar 1. I mean, minus the violence, which I thought was a little over the top, but I think in terms of cinema, in terms of production, in terms of skills, in terms of quality, I think it sets a new benchmark for the Indian film industry. I think it's going to be very difficult for anyone to match up," he told ANI.

“Give my message to Rakesh Bedi, that I respect you as a very senior actor and I love you,” he added.

Actor Shefali Shah praised actor Ranveer Singh's "impeccable craft" in Dhurandhar: The Revenge. She shared a throwback video from an awards event, featuring her and Ranveer.

While praising Ranveer, in her long Instagram post, Shefali wrote, "Once, after the release of DDD, he had gone to the theatres on the sly & he messaged me after to yet again compliment me on my work. And his compliments, or rather nothing about him, is contained. He’s not polite, politically correct, formal, or put on. He is absolutely genuine, someone who feels immensely and expresses it unabashedly as a person and as an actor. I’m a huge fan of Ranveer the actor. If he’s in a film or even an ad, I’ll watch it just for him. He is simply one of the finest actors there is. and consistently so. His performances are so layered, and yet he makes it seem so simple and effortless (sic)." 

"And that’s the beauty. Not once do you see Ranveer Singh the actor or his impeccable craft. All you see is his honesty, vulnerability, and rawness. And All you see is the character. Whether it’s Bajirao, Kapil Dev, Khilji, Jaskirat, or Hamza (sic)," she added.

Politician Medha Kulkarni praised Dhurandhar: The Revenge on social media. She called the Aditya Dhar directorial a "well-made, deeply patriotic film."

The Rajya Sabha MP (Member of Parliament) on her X handle, wrote, "Finally watched #Dhurandhar2 with a few of my colleagues after our parliamentary session yesterday. A well-made, deeply patriotic film. Offers important context to many critical governmental decisions. Forever indebted to those named-unnamed heroes who sacrifice their everything for this country. BHARAT MATA KI JAI (sic)!"

Actor Danish Pandor, who portrayed Uzair Baloch in Dhurandhar: The Revenge, was seen singing Jaiye Sajana during his raod trip with Aahana Kumra. The duo is seen lip-syncing the song, in a video shared by Aahana on social media.

While sharing the video on Instagram, Aahana wrote, "Road tripping with the best footballer rn ( guess who) on #jaiyesajana and not coming back anytime soon. On loop and completely lost in its magic!! So lucky to be living in the era of @adityadharfilms @shashwatology @satindersartaaj and @jasminesandlas ! The magicians behind this soulful music!! Casting director Mukesh Chhabra has revealed that Sara Arjun's role in Dhurandhar was the most satisfying to cast. In an interview with Hindustan Times, he said, "To find a new girl for this role amid such a big star cast was challenging.” Mukesh added that the reception of Sara’s performance in the two-part film validated his and filmmaker Aditya Dhar’s choice.
