Pics: Shabana Azmi, Janhvi Kapoor, Pooja Hegde, celebs attend 'Maidaan' screening

A special screening of the upcoming film 'Maidaan' was organised in Mumbai on April 9. The event was attended by a plethora of Bollywood stars who were present to support the entire team of the movie. 

The movie starring Ajay Devgn in the lead, is about Syed Abdul Rahim who made the sport football in India on the world map.

Priyamani who plays Ajay Devgn’s on-screen wife in the film, looked beautiful in a saree at the event. 'Maidaan' will release in theatres on April 11 alongside 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.' 

Boney Kapoor, who is the producer of the film, posed with Sabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar at the screening. 

Janhvi Kapoor looked extremely beautiful in an ivory pantsuit as she posed for the paparazzi at the grand event. 

Boney Kapoor's son Arjun was also present to support his father and the entire star cast. 

Neena Gupta, who was also a part of the screening, looked graceful in a peach saree. 

'Bigg Boss 17's Mannara Chopra was also clicked at the event. She looked beautiful in an ivory with a front slit denim skirt.  

Pooja Hegde turned heads in an all-black outfit at the screening as she posed for the photographers. 

Veteran actor Poonam Dhillon also attended the screening with her daughter.
