Aamir Khan’s daughter and mental health activist, Ira Khan, spoke to India Today’s Bhavna Agarwal about her journey with mental health, the process between realisation and acceptance and how therapy helped her get better. Ira also revealed how it took her 4 years to accept that she had depression and how she had to work on her relationship with parents, Aamir, and Reena to overcome hurdles.
