Baahubali 2 is the most pirated Telugu film of 2017: What else is on the list

Piracy is a demon that all film industries across the globe find tough to battle. All measures against the evil have so far been futile. From TV shows like Game Of Thrones to our own Rajinikanth's Kaala, several big names have fallen prey to piracy. Telugu cinema, like other industries, is also facing the same problem. Millions of illegal downloads of several Tollywood films have affected the industry. Here is the list of Telugu films which were downloaded the most in 2017, according to a media report.

Baahubali - The Conclusion: Without a doubt, SS Rajamouli's Baahubali: The Conclusion, the most successful movie of last year, is also the most pirated film. The film was downloaded illegally about 9.37 million times last year.

Duvvada Jagannadham: After SS Rajamouli's magnum opus, Allu Arjun's action comedy was the most pirated film of Tollywood. The film was downloaded about 1.7 million times.

Arjun Reddy: Vijay Devarakonda's film sits at the third position, with about 1.4 million downloads. The film, directed by Sandeep Vanga, in spite of the piracy, turned out to be a super hit. Now, it is being remade in Tamil as Varma.

Fidaa: Varun Tej's film, which collected more than Rs 90 crore, was downloaded 1.15 million times.

Khaidi 150: Surprisingly, Chiranjeevi's comeback film didn't fall prey to piracy the way other films did. Yet, the film sits at the fifth position. It was downloaded about one million times last year.

Ninnu Kori: Debutant director Shiva Nirvana's romantic film, starring actor Nani, was downloaded 89,9978 times.
