Namrata Shirodkar and Mahesh Babu: Love story in pics

As Namrata Shirodkar celebrates her 48th birthday today (January 22), let us take a look at her love story with her husband Mahesh Babu.

Mahesh Babu and Namrata met each other on the sets of Telugu film Vamsi. It was when they started talking to each other.

By the end of Vamsi's shoot, both of them decided to take their relationship to the next level and started dating.

They dated for about five years before they got married in the year 2005. Since Namrata was four years older than Mahesh, it took him a lot of convincing to do.

Mahesh and Namrata got married to each other on February 10, 2005. Days before she got married, she completed all her films and bid adieu to the industry.

One year after their wedding, Mahesh and Namrata welcomed their first child Gautham Ghattamaneni.

But, their relationship hit a roadblock after the third year of marriage due to unknown reasons. However, they were able to sort it out.

Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar welcomed their daughter Sitara in 2012.

After Sitara's birth, Namrata took full control of her family and also managed make Mahesh Babu a brand.
