Actor Rashmika Mandanna celebrates her 30th birthday today, marking her first major celebration since marrying Vijay Deverakonda. To mark the occasion, the production team of her upcoming film Mysaa released a new poster showing her in a rugged, battle-worn look, highlighting the transformation she undergoes for her role.
The poster presents Rashmika with her face covered in soot, grime, and blood, along with visible cuts on her nose and forehead. The look reflects the physical challenges of her character while signaling the intensity of her role in the film.
Rashmika’s Character in Mysaa
Set in the traditional landscape of the Gond tribes, Mysaa features Rashmika as a warrior woman, a significant shift from her previous rom-com and commercial entertainer roles. The role shows her taking on more serious and grounded performance demands, emphasising both emotional depth and action.
Mysaa is directed by debutant Rawindra Pulle and produced by Unformula Films. The ensemble cast includes Eshwari Rao, Guru Somasundaram, and Rao Ramesh.
With shooting currently ongoing, the film is scheduled for a multi-language release in 2026.
