A massive showdown was witnessed in the Lok Sabha on Monday as All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi tore a copy of the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2019 in the Lower House of the Parliament.
While speaking in the Lok Sabha, the Hyderabad MP also claimed that the Bill aims to divide the country, and it will is not only the part of a conspiracy in order to make Indian Muslims stateless, but will also lead to pose a risk to the national security.
