India Today accesses list of 10 most dreaded terrorists in Kashmir

India Today has accessed the list of top 10 terrorists on the target of the security forces. The comprehensive list comprises top 10 foreign terrorists of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed, and local terrorists of the Hizbul Mujahideen.

India Today's Gaurav Sawant brings to you the list of the most dangerous (category A++) of the lot of terrorists operating in the Kashmir Valley.

Hizbul Mujahideen has been daring the security forces for last couple of years by uploading their pictures and videos on social media. Last year Hizbul Mujahideen uploaded a photo of 10 terrorists including Burhan Wani. A year later, 9 of these 11 terrorists have been eliminated by the security forces. One of them, Saddam Padder is still active and commander of the outfit.

While 9 of the terrorists were systematically tracked and gunned down, the 11th member of the outfit Tariq Pandit has surrendered.
