Jaish sent suicide bombing videos to doctors; ED conducts raids across Jharkhand, Bengal

Investigators probing the Red Fort blast have found that Jaish-e-Muhammad handlers sent over three dozen suicide-bombing videos to the accused via an encrypted app as part of their indoctrination. The videos glorified suicide missions and detailed the mindset and training of bombers. Several of the accused receiving this material are reportedly trained medical professionals.

The Enforcement Directorate on Friday carried out a major nationwide crackdown on suspected coal-pilferage networks, conducting coordinated raids at over 40 locations across Jharkhand and West Bengal. The operation, part of a wider probe into illegal mining, transport and storage of coal that has allegedly cost the exchequer hundreds of crores, was carried out under PMLA provisions. Officials said large amounts of unaccounted cash and jewellery were seized during the searches.

Video: Vijay takes oath as Tamil Nadu CM amid loud cheers and chants

TVK leader C Joseph Vijay on Sunday took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu amid a sea of supporters, his friends and family, and several political leaders.
