Delhi's air quality plunges to poor: 8 years and no solutions?

Delhi is battling air pollution again, like it has been doing every year around the same time. As stubble burning goes up in Punjab and Haryana, air quality in the national capital is worsening. Delhi's air quality was recorded in the 'poor' category for the fourth consecutive day on Thursday and any improvement is unlikely soon, according to monitoring agencies.
