Rahul Gandhi right in accusing RSS for Mahatma's assassination?

Congress President Rahul Gandhi today pleaded not guilty in a defamation case filed by an RSS member.

He appeared at the Bhiwandi court in Mumbai.

On March 6, 2014, Gandhi in an election rally in Bhiwandi had said, "RSS people killed Gandhiji and today their people talk of him...They opposed Sardar Patel and Gandhiji."

Soon after, Rajesh Kunte, secretary of the Bhiwandi unit of RSS registered a case against Gandhi under Section 500 (defamation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

TVK leader C Joseph Vijay on Sunday took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu amid a sea of supporters, his friends and family, and several political leaders.
