2 days after 152, KL Rahul fails in Delhi, falls prey to red-hot Josh Hazlewood
KL Rahul fell for one as Delhi Capitals suffered a brutal top-order collapse against the visitors. Two days after his 152, Rahul fell to Josh Hazlewood as DC crumbled in-front of the new ball attack of RCB.

Just how fast the night changes. It was just two days ago that KL Rahul thrilled the fans at the Arun Jaitley Stadium with a sensational 152 off 67 deliveries against the Punjab Kings. But, on Monday, April 27, Rahul flopped for DC and was dismissed for just one off three balls.
Delhi were put into bat first by the visitors as they were looking to get back to winning ways after just one win in their last five games. For this, they made three changes, including adding the young Sahil Parakh to open the batting with Rahul.
But the youngster was cleaned up in the very first over by Bhuvneshwar Kumar. In an attempt to counter-attack Josh Hazlewood early, Rahul went for a big shot, but the bounce was too much for him.
Hazlewood was a bowler that Rahul had scored 135 runs off 78 balls with a strike-rate above 160. However, it was Hazlewood's day and Jitesh Sharma came to collect the easy catch.
CARNAGE IN DELHI
This was just the start of the destruction for the Delhi Capitals on the night as Sameer Rizvi was dismissed off the very next ball. Tristan Stubbs came into negate the hat-trick ball with a boundary but the procession of wickets continued.
Bhuvneshwar returned to dismiss Stubbs and then captain Axar Patel, forcing Delhi to use Abishek Porel as the impact sub. At the end of the third over, DC were 8 for five and needing a miracle. Soon enough, Hazlewood got his third wicket of the night as a sensational bouncer left Nitish Rana absolutely clueless and he gave a simple catch to Devdutt Padikkal.
