Kapil Sharma weds Ginni Chatrath tonight, their love story in pics

Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath are all set to tie the knot on December 12 in the latter's hometown Jalandhar. The comedian says that marriage is the best thing to happen to him as it will bring stability to his life. Little is known about Kapil and Ginni's love story. Take a look.

Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath knew each other from their college days but came closer while participating in Star One's comedy show Hans Baliye together. Ginni is from Jalandhar and is an MBA in finance and helps her father in his business.

Since Kapil and Ginni's parents are conservative, the two never really dated each other. However, Kapil realised Ginni is the one for him when she supported the comedian during his low phase.

Kapil is looking forward to his marriage and feels Ginni will make for an excellent companion. "I am ecstatic to be with Ginni and I know this marriage will be a huge change in my life. Discipline aayega. She takes good care of me and is a huge support in my life. People like me are surrounded by many people at work or events or otherwise, but when you come home, ghar khali lagta hai,” he told Hindustan Times.

The comedian is excited about the new phase of his life. “Back then, we had decided that we would get married but due to my hectic schedule, we couldn’t lock a date. My mum stays in Amritsar and worries about me. Now that I am getting married, I think it was destined. I feel marriage is an essential part in our lives as it brings stability. Then the next phase is parenthood, which is another important step in a person’s life. I have seen people change after marriage, as they want to go home to be with their wives or kids. I want to experience it all as well. Being a bachelor, having your fun is good but only for a while. Later, it becomes routine and then you look for stability. I feel marriage is the best thing to happen to me," he said.

Kapil introduced Ginni on Facebook last year. He posted their pic with a note that said, "Meet my wife... I love her more than Deepika ;)."

Kapil was also rumoured to be dating the creative director of his show Comedy Nights With Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show Preeti Simoes.
