1. Namik Paul started his career as a journalist with NDTV 24X7. The job was taxing and he had to be hospitalised twice due to the erratic schedule.

2. Namik is very fond of dogs and cats. He has a German Shepherd named Hobbes. Recently, he rescued a kitten and tried to find a home for the feline.

3. Namik has been educated in the best of the institutions. His schooling was done from Woodstock School, Musoorie. The actor completed his higher studies from Lewis & Clark College, Oregon (US). Namik has always been interested in acting, as he has theatre in his school and college.
