AB de Villiers, Steve Smith sweep top honours at 2015 ICC awards

South Africa's one-day international skipper won the ICC ODI Cricketer of the Year Award for 2015.

AB de Villiers was named as the captain of the ICC ODI Team of the Year in December.

Steve Smith won the ICC Cricketer of the Year Award. He became the fourth Australian after Ricky Ponting, Mitchell Johnson and Michael Clarke to win the coveted Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy. 

Steve Smith also won the ICC Test Player of the Year Award thereby becoming the seventh player to win two ICC awards in the same year.

South Africa's T20I captain Faf du Plessis won the ICC T20I Performance of the Year award for his 56-ball 119 against the West Indies in the second T20I in Johannesburg earlier this year.

Du Plessis lead the South African T20 team to a series win in India in October 2015.

New Zealand captain Brendon McCullum won the ICC Spirit of Cricket Award.

Brendon McCullum inspired his team to their first ever World Cup final in 2015. He also captained New Zealand in the first ever day-night Test played in Australia earlier this year.

Australian pacer won the  ICC Emerging Cricketer of the Year award for 2015.

Josh Hazlewood is second in the list of leading Test wicket-takers in 2015 with 51 wickets from 11 Tests.

Former United Arab Emirates captain Khurram Khan was named as the ICC Associate and Affiliate Cricketer of the Year after he finished as the leading run-scorer with 425 runs in nine ODIs.

Australia women's captain Meg Lanning was named as the ICC Women's ODI Cricketer of the Year.

West Indies women's captain Stafanie Taylor won her maiden ICC Women's T20I Cricketer of the Year award.

Richard Kettleborough completed a hat-trick of ICC Umpire of the Year titles with a win in 2015.
