SC issues notice to Centre on oxygen crisis, vaccination

Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Centre on the issue of supplying oxygen and supply of essential drugs, the method and manner of vaccination and the power to declare a lockdown. "We want to keep power to declare lockdown with the state governments. It should not be a judicial decision," said Supreme Court on Thursday.
