Guidelines issued for Lockdown 4.0: Here's what's allowed and what's not

The Centre has allowed all shops, including those dealing in non-essential goods and services, in all zones to operate across the country during Lockdown 4.0. However, it has put restrictions on activities in areas that have been identified as containment zones.

Issuing guidelines for Lockdown 4.0, the Centre today empowered states/UTs to decide which areas should be identified as Red, Orange and Green zones. It has however said this decision should be based on the parameters set by the Union health ministry. Watch for more
